Squirrels’ front teeth will never stop growing, and they must gnaw to keep their teeth the right length. They grew at a rate of six inches per year (Yikes!). This means, theoretically, they could reach 5 feet in 10 years. (That’s nearly as tall as me!).

Smallest
The tiniest squirrel is the African pygmy squirrel. They live in Cameroon, the Republic of the Congo, Equatorial Guinea, and Gabon.
Largest
The largest Squrriel is the Indian Giant Squirrel or Malabar Giant Squirrel. It can get between 10 in – 1 ft 8 in long, not including its tail!
Feeding
Do you ever feed the birds and think, “Wow, I wish I could feed the squirrels instead. They must be hungry since they are taking all this food not designed for them”?
Well, the good news is there are specialty foods just for squirrels! Now you can feed them all!
